Admissions into Year 7 for September 2024

Y7 applications must be made via Camden Admissions. 

For residents outside the borough, please apply via your own Local Authority. Once you have followed your borough’s application process, they will liaise with Camden Admissions Team who will, in turn, request that we add your child onto our waiting list. There is no priority given to Camden residents. All applications are processed in accordance with Camden’s admissions criteria.

Admissions appeals timetable

Please see page 8 of Camden's Secondary Schools booklet for key dates in the Admissions process which include a timetable for appeals. The council will ensure that those making an appeal receive at least 10 school days’ notice of their appeal hearing and that decision letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.

Admissions into the current year 7 or years 8-11

Parents wishing to place their child or children in Acland Burghley School for the current year 7 or year groups 8-11 may apply directly to Acland Burghley School.
