Y9 Meningitis ACWY/DTP Vaccinations

Takes place on: 21 January 2026

Parents and carers are kindly asked to read the information and complete the online response form for the upcoming DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio) booster and Meningococcal ACWY vaccination, delivered through the NHS School Aged Immunisation Programme. This has been communicated via email and reminders have been sent.

Please ensure the form is completed whether you choose to consent or not, so the immunisation team receives a response for every Year 9 student.
