Y13 French/Spanish GCE Speaking exam

• Tuesday 6 May: A level Spanish All day with Mr Deacon
• Tuesday 6 May: A level French All day with Ms James

The exam will last approximately 21-23 minutes (including 5 minutes preparation time at the start of the test). It will consist of a stimulus card (5-6 minutes), a presentation on student’s research project (2 minutes) and a discussion of their research project (9-10 minutes).

Their teacher will give them their oral time closer to the assessment date.

The stimulus cards will be based on aspects of the sub-themes they have studied in Y12 and Y13. Students will be permitted to make notes which they may bring into the examination room and may refer to at any time during this part of the test.
