Work Experience Interviews

Huge congratulations to our new Y11 students who came into school smartly dressed last Friday, 17 July, ready for their employer interviews on Friday, despite the very hot weather. 

Feedback from employers has been great! 

It was a pleasure to meet the students today. 

I was very impressed with your student today. 

They asked lots of questions which impressed us. 

There are still a small number of students without in house work placements and we will be completing virtual applications with them on Monday 4 July. 

I would like to thank parents/carers for their support around the work experience programme this year.

Y11/Y12/Y13 Work Experience opportunity

Placement period 25 July-1 September

Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) have just sent details of their short 2-5 day placement programme for students (16-18 year olds) thinking of applying for medicine.  The purpose of the programme is to give an idea of what it is like to work in the NHS by shadowing clinical and nursing staff. Students are always supervised during this placement.
