Start of term arrangements

September 2026

Thursday 3 September and Friday 4 September

Y7: Arrive at 8.35am on Thursday 3 September for a full induction and timetabled day. They will have an extended tutor period during period 5 when all other year groups arrive at school. They will continue their timetabled lessons on Friday.
Y8–11: Arrive at 1.40pm on Thursday 3 September. They will go to tutor time during period 5 to collect timetables, planners, and key information for the new academic year. Students in these year groups should then arrive at 8.35am on Friday 4 September to begin their timetabled lessons
Y12: Induction activities will take place on Thursday 3 September and Friday 4 September.
Y13: Students are not required in school on Thursday 3 September and should attend on Friday 4 September to collect their timetable and receive start of year information.
All Sixth Form lessons (Y12 and Y13) begin on Monday 7 September.
