Reminder: LaSWAP Application and Pathways Guidance Interviews

Tuesday 30 January and Thursday 1 February

One to one Pathways Guidance interviews for all Y11 students will take place during period 5 on Tuesday 30 January and Thursday 1 February.

Students will be given an appointment time and more information by their tutor.

Although there is discussion of LaSWAP on these interviews, they fulfil a much wider purpose in encouraging students to think about the specifics of their next steps, such as subjects they want to study and what their career path may be.  They enable us to give bespoke advice and support, and allow students to then start their applications in a knowledgeable position.

Online applications for LaSWAP for Acland Burghley students will open on Friday 2 February. They will be given unique login details by their tutor.

Acland Burghley Y11 students should NOT use the application form link on the LaSWAP website. This will be for external students ONLY. If internal students complete this form, they will need to complete the correct one later this term.

Students with an EHCP will be interviewed and supported by Glen Thomson; their interview may be at another time this term depending on their options next year.
