COVID Vaccinations - 1st and/or 2nd dose

Y7 to Y11 - 1st and/or 2nd dose (12-15 year olds)
12–15-year-olds are now eligible for 2nd dose of COVID vaccination. Children attending Camden schools will be offered the 2nd dose in school on Wednesday 9 February. If your child has not had their 1st dose they can get this done on the same day providing that the consent form has been returned.
All school-based immunisation and vaccination programmes will be administered by healthcare staff with appropriate qualifications who work to nationally agreed standards.
Any issues related to consent will be handled directly with families by the vaccination service. The school will only be issuing and collecting consent forms on behalf of the vaccination service. If your child is in Y7 and is 11 years old they will NOT be able to get the COVID vaccine in school.

As always, we will seek parental or guardian consent for all immunisation and vaccinations. If a child does not have parental consent, they will not receive the vaccine. The consent forms will need to be returned to the school office by Friday 4 February. We cannot accept verbal or email consent. The consent form will need to be returned.
Students ages 16 and over (some Y11, Y12 and Y13)
Students 16 and over (Some Y11 and KS5) can drop in to the assembly hall at 3.15pm if they wish to get their 1st and/or 2nd dose vaccination in school on Wednesday 9 February or sign up to get the vaccine at a local clinic through the National Booking Service: Walk-in vaccination clinics - North Central London CCG

If you have misplaced the consent forms, copies are available to collect from the school office and below.
