Y7 Parents' Evening

Dear Y7 Parents, Carers and Families,

We are looking forward to welcoming all families of Y7 to the school on Thursday 3 March for Parents’ Evening. This event takes place from 4.30pm to 7.00pm.

This is the opportunity for parents, carers and families to speak with the Subject Teachers of students about progress since they started at Acland Burghley.

We operate time slots on the evening, and appointments need to be made with teachers. You can email teachers directly but we do encourage students to speak with teachers to get these appointments themselves.

Please see below details of how you can support your child to get appointments with their teachers.

Students should use the parents evening page in their planner to begin making appointments for the night.
To ensure that you are able to see as many teachers as possible on the night each tutor group has allotted time slots. Stud

Students from SRO, JSN, LPA should make appointments in the 00,10,20,30,40 and 50 time slots

Students from RKO, AKE, CPE, DWH should make appointments in the 05,15,25,35,45, and 55 time slots.

Please do check your child's planner regularly between now and the evening and email tutors should you need any support in getting times for your child.
