Inspiring Speed Networking sessions

46 volunteers from a range of industries took part in this exciting event on Monday 29 November. The aim of the session was to inform and inspire our Y9 and Y10 girls around various careers, looking at GCSE options and work experience ideas for Y10. The school were extremely impressed by the offers of support and it was great to see our hall full of employers engaging with the students.

Many thanks to all the organisations and individuals who took part in this session, we are so grateful to you all. These included :ARUP, HS2, SCS Railways, The Francis Crick Institute, Farrans, BBUK, PR with Perkes, The Roundhouse, Credit Suisse, Santander as well as Kate Murray (from WWF) and Amina Mohamed (from Arriva) who are both Acland Burghley alumna and came along to inspire the next generation of Burghley girls.
