Friday 21 June 2024 LaSWAP Taster Day and remote enrolment LaSWAP Taster Day is coming up next week! Taster Day is the ideal way for students to start to prepare for sixth form. Even if they are not certain they want to attend LaSWAP, it is still an informative day that will help them to decide which subjects and courses they wish to study. It is also an opportunity to hear about options after sixth form.

Friday 7 June 2024 Y11 Leavers Celebration donations As we approach the end of the school year, we are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our Y11 students with a special Leavers Celebration. To make this event truly memorable, we are inviting anyone that would like to contribute to make a donation to our Leavers fund. Your generosity will help with decorations, refreshments, and activities, ensuring a wonderful farewell for our students. Friday 17 May 2024 LaSWAP Taster Day Mark this date in your diaries for LaSWAP Taster Day! Taster Day allows Y11s to mix with students from across LaSWAP and all over London, learn more about subjects they are interested in, experience A Level and vocational teaching and meet lots of subject teachers and LaSWAP staff. It is a really important day that supports Y11 students to make decisions about the courses they want to take next year.

Friday 8 March 2024 LaSWAP update for KS4 The RVC are delighted to offer Key Stage 4 students preparing to take their Science GCSEs a free online course. This will run on Tuesday afternoons 4-5pm and cover biology, physics and science success topics (11, 19 and 26 March).

Friday 23 February 2024 GCSE maths free online workshop The experienced tutor team from Oxford Tutors will revise GCSE maths topics and work through past exam questions, live each week on Zoom.

Friday 19 January 2024 Y10 Drama: Donmar Warehouse Trip Y10 Drama pupils will be going to see David Tennant’s Macbeth at the Donmar Warehouse. The workshop they had last week was in preparation for this. It deals with the issues of corruption, ambition and power. This is going to help them for their Live Theatre Evaluation which makes up part of the 40% written element in their final exam.

Friday 12 January 2024 Y10 Parents' Evening Please ensure your child has made appointments with their subject teachers for Thursday 15 January. We expect all families to attend as this is an important event on the Y10 calendar; if there is any reason why you cannot attend with your child please make arrangements for them to attend with another responsible adult. We are looking forward to seeing all of your in person then.
