Brutal Walk
Monday 22 July
Over 700 Acland Burghley students, staff and volunteers will embark on a sponsored walk from the school to some of London’s iconic brutalist landmarks, in a bid to restore our beloved Brutalist Assembly Hall.
For full trip information, please see the Brutal Walk letter below which has been emailed to parents and carers.
How to donate
If you wish to donate directly to the Hall for All fund, please click here.
If you want your donation to be a sponsorship for a specific student or tutor group, then please follow the instructions below.
How to sponsor a student
If you are in a position to sponsor a student, even a couple of pounds will go a long way.
Option 1: By going to aclandburghleyschooltrust.givesafely.org/2024, you can donate however much you like and attribute your sponsorship to a student/tutor group afterwards. You will also have the option to add Gift Aid, which will increase your amount by 25% at no extra cost to you.
Option 2: Text a student’s tutor group (for example, 7AHS, 8CRO or 10BMA) to 70607. The text will cost £10, plus one message at your standard network rate. Acland Burghley School Trust will receive 100% of your donation.
Winning tutor group
The tutor group in each year who has the highest combined sponsorship will be rewarded with an exclusive pizza party on the last day of term.
